A recording of an extended class focusing on the movement of the pelvis, hips and spine as well as the concept of Ahimsa, particularly in relation to yourself / finding self compassion and listening to your body.

This is a mat based class moving between the lying, kneeling and standing postures.

Take full advantage of the medium of video to pause, rewind, breaking the practice into chunks if you'd prefer. 

Remember this is your practice, no one else's, listen to your own body and be kind to yourself whilst still throwing in challenges.
